About CareerScripts
Who runs this site
CareerScripts is built and run by Shuddha Chowdhury, an independent maker. It is a one-person product: the same person writes the scripts, answers the support inbox, and issues the refunds.
Why it exists
A counter-offer, a raise request, or a resignation is a high-stakes email most people write a handful of times in their life โ usually under a deadline, usually stressed. The wording is the easy part; any modern AI will draft an email for free. What's scarce in that moment is judgment: which move to make, what not to say, and what to send when the first answer is silence or pushback. CareerScripts packages that judgment into small, fixed-price kits.
How the scripts are written
Every script is human-written and human-edited. The wording is built from widely-documented negotiation and workplace-communication practice โ the same conventions recruiters, managers, and HR professionals use in writing โ and is kept deliberately short, neutral, and reference-safe. Worked examples on this site are illustrative, clearly labeled, and not customer results. See the editorial policy for the full standard, including how this site makes money and how corrections are handled.
What we will never do
- No fake reviews or testimonials. This site publishes none. If reviews ever appear, they will be real, attributable, and verifiable.
- No invented statistics. Motivating claims are qualitative and plainly true, or cited.
- No guaranteed outcomes. A script improves your wording and sequencing; your results depend on your role, employer, timing, and judgment.
This is not legal or HR advice
CareerScripts provides practical email wording for common workplace moments. It is not legal, HR, or recruiting advice. For situations involving employment law, discrimination, harassment, or contractual disputes, talk to a qualified lawyer or HR professional.
